1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all simulator session bookings made with FormulaSim
(“we”, “us”, “our”).
By making a booking through our website or in person, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made via our online booking system or directly through our staff.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
2.3 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
2.4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24/48 hours] before the scheduled session.
3.2 Cancellations made within the allowed time window may be eligible for rescheduling or credit at our discretion.
3.3 Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, a refund or alternative booking will be offered.
4. Arrival & Session Timing
4.1 Participants must arrive at least [10–15 minutes] before their scheduled session.
4.2 Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
4.3 Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
5. Age & Participation Requirements
5.1 Participants must meet our minimum age requirement of [insert age] years.
5.2 Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver prior to participation.
5.3 Participants must be able to safely reach and operate the pedals and steering controls.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse participation if a participant appears unable to safely operate the simulator.
6. Health & Safety
6.1 Simulator sessions may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Severe motion sickness
- Serious back, neck, or heart conditions
6.2 Participants take part at their own risk.
6.3 We reserve the right to stop a session if unsafe behavior occurs.
7. Waiver Requirement
7.1 All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to their session.
7.2 Failure to complete the waiver may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
8. Conduct & Damage
8.1 Participants must follow all staff instructions at all times.
8.2 Reckless, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
8.3 Participants may be held financially responsible for deliberate or negligent damage to equipment.
9. Equipment Use
9.1 Our simulators are professional-grade equipment and must be used responsibly.
9.2 Food and drinks are not permitted near simulator equipment.
9.3 We reserve the right to restrict use of certain features or configurations.
10. Gift Vouchers
10.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.2 Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.
10.3 Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced.
11. Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Business Name] shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury except where caused by negligence
- Loss of personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential losses
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12. Privacy

12.2 Payment details are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
